**Job Description: **
We are seeking dedicated and reliable Part-Time Janitorial Technicians to join our team and contribute to maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of commercial and multi-residential buildings. As a Janitorial Technician, you will play a crucial role in creating a safe and pleasant environment for our clients and residents. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented, self-motivated, and committed to delivering high-quality results.
**Responsibilities:**
- Perform cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing surfaces in commercial offices and common areas of multi-residential buildings.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and other communal spaces to ensure a hygienic and comfortable environment.
- Empty trash cans and replace liners regularly.
- Monitor and restock cleaning supplies as needed.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor promptly.
- Follow company guidelines and procedures for cleaning tasks.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and practices during work hours.
- Handle special cleaning projects as assigned.
**Requirements: **
- High School diploma or GED
- Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing a high standard of cleanliness.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks.
- Good communication skills.
- Flexibility in working hours and ability to accommodate occasional schedule changes.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Must have reliable transportation
- Successfully pass a background check
**Pay Rate:** $18 -$20 per hour (Starting rate based on experience)
